Headspace is a mindfulness resource that promotes meditation and healthy ways to manage stress.  Headspace is free for all educators in the US, UK, Canada and Australia as a way to maintain a positive mental health inside and outside the classroom. The positive impacts of keeping up with a daily or weekly meditation include reduced stress, better focus and attention, improved decision making skills, improved self compassion, and a reduction in job strain or burnout.  Teachers are a constant source of compassion and consideration for their students, however, it is equally important to maintain healthy stress levels for their own mental health as well, especially during the pandemic.
