Connect with Your Team

Within every school, there are administrators, colleagues and other resources available to aid with the stresses and anxieties that present themselves in the teaching profession. Connect with your Climate Team, your Principals and Vice Principals, your guidance colleagues, mental health supports provided through health benefits and the school board and strategies that are available from a variety of school community members. Remember to advocate for your own wellbeing. You are more than just your work - treat yourself as such!
